UNICEF welcomes the introduction of the Child Support Grant to help address inequities among children in Thailand

1 April 2015 – UNICEF welcomes the decision by the Government to introduce a Child Support Grant scheme later this year. Under the scheme, poor and near-poor families with children will receive a monthly allowance of 400 baht per child from 0 to 1 year of age.
