Who does What, Where Database

The Who does What, Where (Wx3) database is the one product that is universally agreed to be the most important priority for any co-ordination activity.  Knowing which organizations (Who) are carrying out which activities (What) in which locations (Where) is essential if those organizations and activities are to be coordinated in a way that ensures that needs are met.
