The CERCAP email network has been approved in principle. Work is now underway to find a moderator and provide the software.
The email network will provide a virtual meeting place for organizations and people to network, share experiences and ask for advice on issues related to community empowerment issues in Thailand. It will facilitate linkages and information sharing between communities, the Royal Thai Goverment, UN agencies and other organizations working in the area of comunity empowerment. In addition to promoting on-going dialogue and discussions, it will stores old emails in electronic archive available to all subscribers.
